“Ms. Crislen who assisted my query was quite prompt to respond, and was able to arrange immediate despatch of 1 order, which is out of the 2 outstanding orders. Though the commitment from Plumberstock was not pleasing, as the payments for both orders have been done a year ago, and I had been following up with the Customer support team vigoursly. I would really appreciate Plumberstock to ship the 2nd order, as early as possible as the demand will be for 8 sets on me very soon.”

“Item ordered was put on hold for over a month due to production issues. we never got the item as I had to cancel the order due to the delay. However the person ( Chrislin ) that helped me to cancel the order and issue the refund should be recognized for excellent customer service. Answered me quickly when I emailed to check on the status of the order . Let me know there was a production issue beyond control , and promptly issued the refund as I requested. 5 stars foe the quick resolution!!”

“They offered the exact product I needed at a better price than I found elsewhere. Why not 5 stars? Shipping was delayed, but I didn’t receive any additional updates past the first couple of days. After waiting double the expected delivery time, I called customer service. I received my order within a week. I then needed to return an item. Customer service was again helpful (thanks to Crislen). Customer service was responsive & helpful once you connected with a person.”

“While I was very disappointed I couldn’t receive the sink I wanted in time for my project to be completed on schedule-it was held up in transit from Germany(confirmed with the manufacturer)-all the other items I ordered were prompt and pricing was very reasonable. When working with Deanne and others at Plumber Stock regarding the sink delays, they were very helpful and offered excellent service.”

“John, I can not give your company a good review. Your office staff is incompetent. They screw up a simple order, I ordered a package of 15, Raindrip Drip Irrigation Tubing Stake 8 in. L 15 pk/38473090. Guess what I got 1 in the mail. Wrote to you telling you I was 14 short. Guess what you sent me 13 in the mail. You still owed me 1 more. I wrote to you again telling you I was 1 short. Still waiting for it.WHEW”
