“Ordered a support bracket for my chimney . Was supposed to be 5 weeks from the manufacturer. Week ten and still not in . I really don’t want to wait any longer . Called and talked with BERNARD and he canceled the order and issued a refund as we spoke on the phone . Had a confirmation before hanging up ! Wish I had the piece I ordered, but out of their control. Thank You Bernard !”
