“I use Pocket Receptionist for my part-time travel business. All of my calls are answered during the day, even when I am working my full-time job. It means that I don't miss anything and can go back to my customers later. The amount of quotes I now put together have almost doubled showing just how many calls I'd been missing throughout the day! “As a small business I didnt think I would need this service - was totally wrong! I was offered a free trial, which I took thinking I wouldn't really use it. I couldn't believe how much time of mine was taking up answering calls. They learnt the basics of my business meaning that they could even answer questions from my callers, meaning the emails I got from them were really informative and weedled out the time wasters! I 100% recommend!”
