“I am a beginner and started trading with Pocket Option. Having read reviews before investing, I was very hesitant but gave it a shot regardless! I have to say I am very impressed by their user friendly trading platform and I did a test withdrawal and I received the funds in my account (Capitec Bank_South Africa) the same day, in less than 2 hours I was sorted and that really impressed me. I am giving you 4 stars because the trading bot has gotten me losing some money with a handful of incorrect signals but all in all I have no complaints.”

“I had a frustrating experience with Pocket Options. Initially, my account was verified using my uncle's documents, and I requested a withdrawal. However, I received an email stating that my withdrawal was canceled due to the need for additional verification, including a high-resolution photo of myself holding my ID and a paper with "Pocket Options" and the current date. I contacted support immediately, explaining the situation and requesting that they allow me to use my own documents for verification. Unfortunately, after just 1 or 2 minutes, they blocked my account. Despite reaching out again to resolve the issue, my requests were ignored. This has left me unable to access my funds or resolve the verification problem.”
