“My dears, all of these comments that you see come after the first payment or the second after that. They ask you for things that you cannot get in order to steal your money. Believe me, this is what happens. The game is exposed. When depositing, everything goes well, but when withdrawing, requests begin. Believe me and do not be fooled 1. The account has not been verified and you completed everything at the beginning 2. You have violated the terms and you have not violated anything 3. You have more than one account and you only had one account 4. You entered via the VPN or entered more than one device 5. Pictures and documents are not clear 6. Secondly, we want to point out that Pocket Option is a genuine and trustworthy broker with many clients globally. Our client's funds are always secure, and you will have no problems with withdrawal as long as you do not violate any platform regulations. You can refer to many other people's positive experiences who have made profits and received their withdrawals without problems. To address your concerns, to begin with, it's well-known that it is standard practice in the industry to require necessary verification. If you deposited by card or bank transfer methods, you must first verify the card used to fund your account to enable the withdrawal. Our payment card verification is required by the Anti-Money Laundering(AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) policies, and clause 3.8 of the Public Offer Agreement. If you do not know how to get the required documents, we will guide you to contact your bank's support team. Please note that the required documents are not something "you cannot get"; on the contrary, they are actually pretty easy to acquire.
