“Hello first of all I hope that I can give minus stars but I didn't see that option the real and the naked Truth about this broker is actually much more than scam they are refusing to open my account or let me create new one without giving me right to know the reason which is the least I deserve they doing whatever they want without providing us with any kind of reason and the reason will calm us down even that we can't get it from them”

Dear Haitham, We regret hearing your account was blocked and that you made up such a highly unreal accusation about our platform. First, please do not use fake screenshots. The screenshots you attached clearly show that these screenshots are from two different accounts with different names. According to our Public Offer Agreement, A Client, regardless of the legal status (legal or natural person), is prohibited from having more than one Trading Account with the Company. Secondly, We want to point out that Pocket Option is a genuine and trustworthy broker with many clients globally. Many have profited from our platform and successfully received their withdrawals. Please note that we do not block any accounts without proper ground. You will have no problems using your account at all as long as you follow platform rules. On the contrary, if your account is blocked, there must have been a significant breach of the platform's terms and regulations. Besides, if your account was blocked, you can see the reason for the ban and the email you can contact to get more information when you try to log in to your account. The Company also reserves the right to limit the availability of offered features, services and motivational benefits at its discretion per clause 2.14 of the Public Offer Agreement.
