Nice style and size but very poor quality

Christopher I am glad you like the style and size. I am sorry that you see the product as poor quality, as we have sold many of the GSL, Greystone Lecterns and have not had a complaint or issue with them. The podium is very nice. The delivery was good. The communication could have been a little better. The podium that I ordered was disconnected, I was offered another one for a higher price

Podium shakes a lot. I am not sure if this is due to its design or any other fault. Other than the shaking, it seems slick and easy to use.

While putting the podium together, one of the dowels went all the way through the podium and came out the other side. Thank goodness it was on the under side and partly hidden. The quality was not what I expected. Stan Stanley

Love the podium. Dealing with customer service was another thing. Ordered podium with a shelf. Upon arrival the shelf was omitted. I called customer service and was told that I have to order the extra shelf when ordering the podium. After telling him 2 times that I did, he finally (evidently) looked at the order and agreed. He said they could refund the $95 for the extra shelf or could send us a used shelf and us still pay full price. I sent him an email and told him to credit us the $95 because I didn't want to pay $95 for a used shelf. He credited our account and sent me an email saying it would have been a new shelf. We just were not pleased with the attitude that seemed to say (whether or not it was meant) that we were wrong until we proved it. We really like the podium.

Like the product! First shipment there was impact damage to top right corner of the podium top. I was immediately sent a second one, which also had impact damage (to the same top corner). Was not very visible so we decided to live with it (prefer an unblemished one though). I suggest the the top be better wrapped (maybe bubble wrap) to minimize impact damage during shipping.

Vivienne Thank you for the review. We addressed the first damaged podium, by having a replacement sent out immediately. We were unaware of the replacement one being damage, otherwise we would have addressed that issue. Our shipping department has been asked to package them better.
