“The podium arrived damaged by FedEx. Your company filed a claim with FedEx but h did not heard anything until I wrote recently. Short response that I can have a refund if I want. Do I keep damaged podium? Can you at least send me the bottom piece with the 4 “ feet” for it to stand? And a new box sans the dent and scratches? I don’t need a whole new Podium, just the replacement pieces to make it whole.”

“We are not super happy with these podiums we bought several so all of our campuses would match but they are all coming loose the top part so when its brought out its crooked or tilted. For the price we would expect this not to be an issue. Also if you film your service it has a pretty bad glare.”

“Our Communion table is beautiful. Our experience with Podiums Direct was not. There was no communication about expected ship date, etc. unless I emailed them. They charged my credit card in July, and we received the table in October. When we received it - it was not the one we ordered. I contacted them right away, but it took a week + for them to tell me how they were going to remedy the problem. They did end up making it right... but I would not purchase from them again. It was just too complicated - and the customer service was not great. UPDATE: Within minutes, after I posted this honest review detailing our experience with Podiums Direct, I literally received this email from them: "Thanks for the bad review we made all right do not understand why a church would try to ruin a small business very un Christian like. " Enough said about their professionalism?”

“I like the style of my new podium. However, it is a little unstable and I'm not sure the means in which it is held together will withstand the use. Tightening the screws is really just not enough and will weaken over a period of time. We've had to tighten them now three different times. They seem to lessen from just moving the podium around. I make sure no one grabs the podium from the top but on the stem/center pole alone. Already, with hands on either side of the top platform it rocks a little. I have to watch how I place my hands as I speak. I do like the style, that is why I chose it. but for the cost, I'm not sure I would order the same one again. Thank you for understanding. O, and I thought I asked, ordered, the black powder coated model. I received the black but it came with the stainless center pole and it glares overall. It casts a glare on our back wall from the theatrical lights we use.”

“We wiped it down due to Covid and it looks like it got stains on it. It looks horrible.”
