“So I ordered a beautiful Loungefly bag which said 2-3 days delivery (which I expected late due to current Covid situation) but then I read all the bad and negative reviews! So I sent a message on the app, FB message, Instagram message and a email 😂 which took about a day and half for someone to get back to me! Anyway my back finally arrived on time when they said it would (late) packaged great and it was amazing! So I just wanted to say how very sorry I am for doubting the company and will be ordering again very soon”
