“My experience with this company is so bad that I lost a client and I had to pay with my own money for another option for the exhibit right on the spot. I ordered +$6K for all sort of displays for an event and the order was never process even though it was paid in full and I followed up with a few phone calls making sure everything was ready for production. “I ordered the banner stand 1 and 1/2 weeks before the event. I was told that it would not be delivered until the start day of the event, which I was fine with - paying the necessary upgrade in shipping in order to make it there in time. Well, after being told it would ship and arrive day-of the event starting, it never appeared. The whole show began and ended without seeing the banner. I then called them to discover it didn't even go out when they told me it would. They then shipped it that day and arrived the following day. Two days past the end of the event it was needed for. If ordering again, I would make sure I have 3 weeks of lead-time.”

“Had a very bad experience with scheduling. Backlog during production almost made me miss my show date because Postup just "assumed" I could accept delivery later. I was vigilant enough to catch the problem early and switch vendors to make my show date. I know it was an anomaly and it won't stop me from using the company going forward, but the annoyance and their inability to level with me upfront made me upset. Just keep an eye on status of your project.”
