“The material of the triangular light-up display art was not as we expected. The assembly directions were not very clear. The 3 different panels were printed at different lengths, causing some to be longer than others.”

“Unfortunately it was impossible to tell from your website what the end of the poles looked like and how they connected to the retractable banners. It also did not specify the diameter of teh poles ao I ordered them hoping they would fit but they did not and I returned them. I think better description of the poles and their dimensions would be very helpful.”

“turnaround times used to be shorter. but lately it’s been taking much longer to deliver which is unfortunate. we missed using our new banners at a trade show because of this.”

“Got my order wrong... also the banners did not fit the frames they came with. I had to put new holes on each one to make it right.”

“I placed my order on August 4th (20 days ago) and when I track my order it states the status of the order is "Processing". I have received no notification indicating that the items are on back order or any other information. Now I get a survey request. I am so fed up with these surveys. If companies understood what good customer service is we wouldn't need all of these surveys.”

“all of the screws for the tallest table were too short and i am now forced to go outside and try to match them up. a huge disappointment and inconvenience.”
