“Deeply disappointed that no one questioned a small bit of stray placeholder text on my pull-up banner. It was my own fault--I think an extra textbox was revealed when I had to do a last-minute resizing to fit a banner I needed in a hurry, and it was small enough that I didn't notice it in the proof I reviewed on my smartphone. In the past, PostUp customer service has always reviewed my artwork and even questioned things that didn't look right, attention that I appreciate.”

“The banner produced is really exactly what we were hoping for. A short delay in shipping caused us not to produce the second banner. After seen the results of the first banner we will produce the seond banner. Thank you, Sam”

“Only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is because your company closed the Cleveland-based postupsand office after the sale. They were a great crew to work with and I miss the convenience of having them in my backyard.”

“Great portable display that holds additional flyers of about a half inch on each tray. Love its ability to fold up and travel in its case. getting it down is a bit tricky as it sticks which is the only reason it gets a score of 4/5. Love it - just be careful when trying to collapse it to put in the case. Worth every penny and the hit of the conference.”

“Site was easy to use, product arrived quickly and looks great. I ordered a replacement graphic for a table top pop-up banner. I was disappointed that the banner did not come with replacement tape to adhere the replacement banner to the lead in the pop-up base.”

“Everything went fine and product looks good. I didn't realize until it was shipped there is no hard case like I have with the smaller units. How do you ship 8' unit in a soft canvas bag???? Disappointed but it's my fault -I didn't check.”

“Easy process, good delivery time, and the stand looks great. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because they got the stand color wrong, and I wish the stand carrying case had a shoulder strap (makes for awkward airport transport). But these are small issues. It looks great, and I will definitely use again.”

“the case came as described. the lid is the only concern. We are shipping tradeshow materials and the lid isn't secure enough. we had to use shipping straps to secure the lid. everything else about it was great!”

“Everything was exactly what I ordered except for the sticker that was placed at the base of the podium. I tried to remove it, but it was too adhesive to the metal. I tried using goof off, but it started to make the paint blotchy. I recommend that you place less adhesive stickers or no stickers to the podium that customers will always take off anyway.”
