Was single-handedly the worst customer experience I've had in years. Kept being told different things from different team members, was told my item would arrive on time, it didn't, and then after that, they claimed I didn't order it. Which I did.

I received the wrong quantities in my order. I was then asked to prove it by assembling all 28 of the stands in my order and sending a photo. I then would have expected to be sent the missing stands already assembled for the inconvenience, but received only the inserts and had to reassemble them myself. I am shocked at the lack of customer support.

Ordered a red custom-printed table runner. It showed up looking pink. Gave customer service the CYMK info and original file as well as photos of the runner next to other marketing materials we have that were printed in the correct shade of red. They refused to replace or compensate refund. Extremely disappointed in quality.

I uploaded our artwork for 3 banners. The website said the images were low resolution, but I know we designed them with high-resolution images. Upon contacting Post up stands, we were informed that Post-up Stands was having problems with the resolution-check on the website and that we shouldn't auto-enlarge them. After placing the order then, I tried following up with Post up stands (through the emails I was sent) to see if they could verify that everything looked adequate. I received no confirmation or help from the person who responded. After getting the banners, the image on one of them is quite pixelated. I had to use it for our show as I didn't have time to get a new one, but it doesn't look very professional.

Pole did not fit and they will not refund my whole amount payed only the price for the pole which was less than the shipping. I would end up paying more to return it.

Parts wouldn't line up, while putting it together. Unhappy with purchase. Wish I can return items. Once trying to put together it kept falling down needed to place chair in front of it.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with our post-up stand backdrop. We had ordered a backdrop for our Virtual event, they shipped the frame, without the fabric cover. They asked us to upgrade shipping so we could get it in time, they never printed the cover. Had I been informed that the cover was not ready I would have not upgraded shipping. Their inability to communicate with me in a timely and professional way was very disappointing. They do not have a good system to communicate with the company doing the printing of the covers.

The fabric doesn't fit the frame. We had three employees at a show trying to zip it around the frame and we couldn't make the end touch let alone zip.

The order did not go through quality control despite of what I was told by customer service. The retraction mechanism and hooks of the banner were broken. The banners were frayed and the fabric was see through. The print head must have been dirt as the banners had big lines across the imprint area and were wrinkled. I had to reach out numerous time to get a status update and I still haven't heard back about a refund. Customer service was not helpful or cared about fixing the issues, they'd rather settle on a refund.

Order was sent and the color was incorrect. Had them send another and it was also incorrect.

We’ve been customers of Postup Stand for several years and the last few projects they have completed for us (retractable banners) were not been up to previous standards and had several issues. Several projects had to be reprinted/reproduced. The customer service we received was good but I’ve decided we should look elsewhere for these types of products.

The products are generally good, but the service was lacking. Since you didn't have the sense to take me off the list even thought I cancelled my order and asked for a review, I'll comply. I placed an order that couldn't be completed in time and I wasn't informed that the order couldn't be completed in time, so it left me in a bind. It's not so much the frustration of staffing issues that meant the order couldn't be completed, but more the complete lack of communication. I didn't hear back on a proof within the 24 hour time frame, so I messaged and called to see where we were. They couldn't work on my order for two weeks and seemed to have no plans to inform me of this. Had I known upfront or been notified the next day that my request couldn't be fulfilled, I would have been happier and able to make different arrangements.
