There was a misspelling that we didn't catch. Would be nice if there was a spellcheck service included with the price. Also, we ordered a Premium Wide Base Retractable Banner Stand with a 96" height, but we were sent the pole for the 80" version. Luckily we had older banner bases so we just used a pole from one of those. It was too late to request a replacement. I feel like the customer service from ~five years ago was much more personal and available than it is now.

Good quality product, but I had a couple questions not answered during the design-approval phase that turned out to have mattered a lot to the final design. Would consider purchasing again, but I expect a future purchase to be much better based on what I learned here, and I wish I'd heard those in the responses to my design uploads instead so the first time through had been exactly what I was expecting.

I'm disappointed in the quality of this stand compared to others I've had in the past from other companies. The material of the sign is very thin and seems cheaply made. If outside and the sun is shining on it, you can see through it. I have used the sign at a few events now and this past week after 4 uses the sign seems to be broken and will no longer retract properly. We were able to roll it back up and make due but for the price we were charged, I guess I just expected higher quality.

The legs should fold flat by the look of the swivel. This doesn't seem to happen although I will try to work this situation again. The table top seems to press fit two legs and swivel the together two legs. Tolerance is too tight on the press fit. To get the fit I hade to disassemble the legs from the core to fit them in and then hope I can control the swivels well enough to engage the screws. Much harder than it should be. Engineer's thoughts in assembly sheet should be included.

The banner graphic looks amazing! Video directions to install the banner were really good. It took some effort but not too bad to install.

The staff is friendly, however they did not have the ability to interface effectively with the project manager to resolve the graphics problem. We also had inquired about a lower cost price match, which is not available.

High quality, but threading the knobs through the metal stand to build it was tough! The threads kept crossing.

They are not as fast as they say they are. I had to CONSTANTLY follow up on my order in order for it to continue to process, starting with proof all the way to shipping. Customer service is nice but I feel their operating process needs improvement. The end product was nice (photo frame prop) but the constant hassle and stress was not ideal.

The replacement shade I ordered was good quality. In an online chat to confirm specs, the CSR stated an incorrect banner material - good thing I noticed the error. Even though I am fairly handy, replacement was difficult. I would not recommend self replacement except for sign shop or comparable personnel. Send it in instead. Shipping was fast and again, print quality good. As with any pull-up shade, be careful to keep graphic centered as it retracts else you will mar the print. -- edit to respond to Post Up Stand's reply: No video was provided or mentioned, and at the time of assembly, my thorough search did not uncover one on the website or YouTube channel. If one exists, it could certainly be more accessible.

I really like the quality of the products at Post Up. The process for approving artwork is simple. They are responsive to all my questions. I just wished that there had been more upfront explanation of the difficulty that we would encounter to swap out our retractable 24 x 80 banners. Here at the bank, we have 14 branches with retractable banners. I thought it would be a simple swap out--but it wasn't. The instructions that were sent were illegible; however, once I emailed them they sent a good copy of the instructions. But all the space, time and equipment that would be required to do the job was not fully explained. If I had known, I would have collected together all the banner stands and shipped them back to Post Up prior to placing my order for them to do the replacement work at the factory at no charge. Oddly, the customer cannot get that service at no charge once the replacement banners are delivered. So....now I'm scrambling trying to find someone in the organization who won't mind trying to do the job in-hosue.

No problem with the finished product or the people I've spoken with. Fast delivery and overall a good company to deal with. I'm not satisfied with the skills of the designer since I ended up having to design it myself (still paid the design fee). I gave the designer a layout of what we wanted, descriptions and even font and colour codes. The revision I got had the wrong font, logos were misplaced and not equidistance. I would order again, but only if I have time to design the banner myself.
