“Sign look great. I was surprised to see that the larger sign , 2 - 6 foot corrugated opening was on the end of the sign instead of the bottom - so that I can use stands to insert in and put in ground ( as with other smaller yard signs) I have to figure out a way to display sign outside.”

“The overall experience was outstanding, but with concerns. PostUpStand's order, design and shipping process was great. The actual product is very nice, with one exception. I purchased four (4) I000892's 24' x 80" floor stands and four (4) of I002547 11.75' x 21" table top stands. The graphics are great, however after two uses, the table top signs have difficulties retracting back into the stand. It's as though the spring/coil looses it's ability to retract the sign. This is a bit concerning.”

“Let me start by saying customer service was GREAT (5 stars). The printing on the banner was GREAT (5 stars). However, the product (a GLOW retractable banner with built in LED lighting) was sub-standard. The product would receive 2 stars. I ordered three and one of them arrived with a broken lock tab. Kevin V in customer service arranged to have a replacement cartridge sent. The product has a lot of sharp edges. and some of the electric cords received cuts and slices. I had to repair one of the cords. The manufacturer used surface solder joints on the LED light PCBs. One good tug on the cord could possible break the solder. I had to engineer a stress relief system using zip tie and a bolt to help stabilize the solder points. (*I was told modifications to the unit would void the warranty but I need this equipment to last through 5 shows this summer. I feel potential customers should be aware of the weak points on this unit and what they might have to do to make it last more than one show.) The LED PCB is attached to the light bar using an adhesive which I expect to come loose at some point in the near future. There's a translucent plastic panel that diffuses the light and it is very fragile. One of mine arrived broken. The case the banner comes in is not padded well and if anything more than the slightest pressure is applied to it, you may get some damage on your banner. I added some cardboard and bubble wrap just to get it back and forth to this first show. The IDEA of the Glow retractable banner is great but the manufacturing needs quite a bit of improvement!”

“We were very happy with our purchase of a banner stand from Post Up Stand. From the ordering process to the communication to the delivery, everything went as expected. And the banner looks great! About the only negative thing was the instruction sheet that was included with the stand--it was clearly a photocopy, tilted to one side, and difficult to read. It even had one handwritten note on it. With all the other good things, I was surprised at this seeming lack of concern.”
