“Very easy to select and order and was delivered very quickly. It was a gift and friend said it was beautifully wrapped. Only downside is that I didn't have the opportunity to complete a gift card so recipient didn't know it was from me!”

“Gift for my son in Austria, he said it was nicely packaged and the chocolate looked expensive. Very pleased. Reccommend leaving enough time for delivery due to holidays and weekends”

Dear Joy, Thank you for your email and I am sorry your gift hasn't arrived yet. It was placed on the 18th so couldn't be sent out until after the Easter holiday (as there is no post) on the 23rd. A shipping confirmation would have been sent to you. Gifts delivered to Austria are estimated to take 3 to 5 working days which only brings us to yesterday. I am sorry it has taken a little later than estimated and today, like in most of Europe, is also a public holiday so there will be no post. Is it ok to wait until tomorrow and see if it arrives then? Then it would only be one day late. Best wishes, Liza

“I ordered a dark chocolate and mint bar and a dark chocolate and hazelnut bar for my Dad. He received one bar of hazelnut chocolate one day and then an identical bar the following day, along with a popping candy bar! Not exactly what I ordered but Dad was thrilled and received an extra bar!”

“Very convenient & good delivery service!! I sent a total of 5 to both South & North UK my only complaint is based on my receivers complaint’s that was that each one had NO IDEA WHO HAD SENT GIFT AS THERE WAS NO PURCHASERS DETAILS & NO MESSAGE!! So, although convenient I may have to find a site that gives this info as a each recipient said they were ‘in the darl’ or ‘confused.com’ - not a great outcome!! Thanks though...”

Hi! Thank you for your review. I am sorry your recipients were confused with their gifts. There is an option to add a gift note to your order on the shopping cart page and select a delivery date. We didn't have one attached to your order so didn't include one. This is the only place where it is possible to put who the gift is from and we do not add notes automatically in case the gifts want o be sent anonymously or they are not going directly to recipients.
