“Son in law emails to say he has had flu. Poor boy. How can I cheer him up without trailing out to shop and post office? Ah, postbox! One click, chocolate arrives, happy boy, virtuous me. So easy.”

“I forgot to put a message on the gift card but emailed it to Liza who responded promptly and added it for me - great customer service. I also had this message back from my niece in France 'Thank you for my lovely surprise pressie which the post lady just delivered, a real treat and much appreciated xxx' so a fantastic experience for us all round!”

“I bought an extra birthday gift for my mum which was a great price and ideal size for her letterbox, I happened to be visiting and had the fortune to hear it landing on the doormat. It was securely packaged and beautifully presented, she was so pleased with it and that also made me a very happy bunny... thank you...now to treat myself maybe...”
