“I enlarged a picture for a friend of a tree on his property as a gift and he thought that was the best gift ever. The measurements were perfect and the picture was glossy and clear. I have another picture I want to enlarge and will be submitting that shortly. Thanks team!”

Hi Carole, We're so sorry to hear that your packaging tube was crushed by the carrier. We never fold prints, they are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective box. On rare occasions, the carrier may squash the box during shipping which, in turn, smashes the rolled print giving the impression it was folded. Although rare, it can happen occasionally, and you can contact us and we'll immediately get a reprint out to you.

Hi Vanessa! We love printing your posters. We're sorry to hear UPS damaged your box. Although rare, a less than careful driver or conveyer belt can occasionally smash a box or tube. When this happens, reach right out to us with pics of the damage and we'll handle everything, including filing a claim and sending a reprint right away.

“I am so so impressed with the quality of the poster I purchased! Though my package was missent, it was not poster print shop's fault, only the shipping company! I purchased a matte photo print poster, and the quality is so mindblowing! The image is perfectly clear and the colors are very vibrant! The poster is also packaged very well, in a triangular (prism) box, allowing the poster to arrive without any damage at all! I will definetely be ordering from here again soon. Thank you so much!!!”
