I want to really give the whole story but no one really wants to hear that- basically the photos had drag marks on them. And when I reached out to express my disappointment in the quality the representative asked for the quality control id number. Apparently my order didn’t go through any form of quality control. They offered to reprint but that didn’t help me as I was on a deadline called CHRISTMAS. Plus why do I want to see how AWESOME the pictures could have been if they had done their job correctly? At $20 a photo I expected more. And the review won’t take my support photos- imagine that!

Hi Lisa! We were so sorry to hear of the issues with your prints. The reason we asked to see if you could tell us the "inspected by" stamp was to help us determine what could have occurred, as we don't allow prints to ship with drag marks, and we wanted to determine if something happened before, during, or after shipment, as clear transparency film is one of our specialties. Per our satisfaction guarantee, we did offer to reprint the entire job for free and send to you expedited as a courtesy replacement.

I did not receive the print. Reported it and they wouldn’t reproduce or refund even though I gave them the correct address and have never had an issue to my address before. Customer service was not at all helpful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Hi Tiffany! As mentioned, UPS attempted to deliver your print but was unable to deliver to the address provided. They left a notice, and their tracking, as well as our automated emails notified you it was available for pickup at the UPS Access Point across the street. You didn't start checking on your package until weeks after the attempted delivery, and the access point is returning the package. We did explain that once it's returned to us it can be shipped back to you. It's important to remember the reason you didn't receive your package is not because of us, we printed and shipped it to the address provided.

The color is nowhere near the original. It is so muted as to be worthless. Never again am I wasting my money with this company. #$@^@!

I threw my $40 away in the trash. The picture was so pixelated it wasn’t worth framing.

Hi Laura, we're so sorry to hear there was disappointment in your print. If you check the proof you approved before ordering, you uploaded an extremely pixelated source image, then approved the proof for printing. Our site (and file quality check) indicate that you will receive a print that matches your proof. We can't remove pixellation from a source image. If you contact us and are able to provide a higher quality source image without pixellation, we're happy to reprint that for you!

Be sure to read through terms carefully before placing an order. I spent hundreds of dollars on prints and the majority arrived too small. When I reached out to customer service to explain that my prints arrived too small I was told it was my fault because it’s in the small print / terms that it may come smaller than what you ordered. Keep in mind I ordered very specific custom sizes, and the prints came smaller regardless of me entering the exact dimensions I needed. I told the team I’d love to keep ordering from them, but I need to swap these out for the size I ordered. They told me it was my fault for agreeing to the terms and the best they could do is provide a discount for me to reorder the prints in a size larger than what I actually need. I won’t be ordering from this site anymore, this is not a good way to do business. They should have a warning that prints are arriving smaller than what you ordered visible before you check out, not hidden in the fine print. I order several hundred dollars worth of prints every month, so it was a short sighted business decision on their end.

Hi Hannah, Thanks so much for your feedback, but it's actually completely the opposite of what you reported to us. You've placed several orders, yes, and in your communication with us, you let us know that all of your prints on all of your orders have been fine, but that two prints on your most recent order were slightly smaller than what you expected - (not the "majority of your prints" or "hundreds of dollars worth" like you claim here, for shock value obviously). It's sad and disheartening you change the story for the public review, but it is indicative of your nature. You mentioned that only these 2 prints are under 1/8" off and don't fit within your frames, and wanted them replaced for free. We offered you a courtesy discount of 50% off a future order (which could be as large or small of an order as you would like), resulting in quite a discount. For consistency with policy and our Terms of Service, we cannot replace prints at our expense when we did not make a mistake. As a courtesy for your business, we offered a significant discount on your next order, as you indicated you'd be ordering more in the future. This discount would have saved you $1000 on a $2000 order, for example of the value of the courtesy discount offered. It's true that our Terms of Service (that you checked that you had read and agreed to before checkout), indicate that exact fractional measurements are not guaranteed, and like all hand trimmed large format printing, there is a tolerance / margin of error of 1/8" in all directions, which your issue falls well under. We also recommend on our site that customers remember for matting and framing to never order the exact size (as that's never going to fit perfectly), but to order a slightly larger size. We're sorry that these things were missed, that you weren't happy with our 50% off courtesy offer, and that you decided to come and leave a very false review of the situation to try and make us look bad online. Our 7500+ 5 star reviews indicate that 99.9% of our customers have great experiences. Thank you.

Hi Beth! We're so sorry to hear your print arrived damaged. We don't ship posters or prints with creases in them, most likely the tube or box was accidentally damaged by the carrier during shipping. All that's needed is to reach out to us via chat, email, or phone call and we're happy to file a claim with the carrier and get you a new, undamaged print. We don't see that we were ever notified of an issue with the order, but we're here and happy to help!

Let's face it the only thing I want them for is to display them. They were wrapped so tightly in the triangular tube that they're distorted and ruined. Had they been placed in a larger tube they would have been fine. It is the last trip to post your print shop for me.

Hi Hugh, We're so sorry to hear there was an issue with your order. We're a little confused though, as you mention "them" as if you ordered more than one print. Your order from us has only one small print that was shipped loose in a tube. Is it possible you confused us with an order from another provider where you ordered more than one print? Next, if you'd like to contact us when there is an issue, we'd love to help and we always reprint and ship anything that is damaged from packaging or shipping. However, looking at your order, you uploaded and approved the proof of one distorted image. The print quality and your source image isn't affected by the wrapping and packing. Regardless, we're always here to help get you quality prints if you reach out to us!

I used this website to order very specific sized posters and spent $200 on 10 posters. 8 out of 10 posters had white spaces on the ends and the picture did not fill the poster. Therefore, they did not fit into the frames I had purchased for them. Basically I wasted $200!

Hi Bryna, We're so sorry to hear you didn't get what you expected. In looking at your order, 8 of your uploaded images do not fit the size you ordered. This is called 'aspect ratio'. When you order a specific size, the file you upload must also match that size proportionally to fit. If it doesn't match, this results in white borders on the edges. Our Order Wizard showed. you this and gave you options to 'size to fit' or crop. You proceeded with the borders and even approved the proofs. The borders are shown in your cart, checkout, and confirmation. We must assume you want the borders as many people include white borders for matting. Your print (paper) size perfectly fits and matches what you ordered, but the uploaded photo does not, so it 'sits' on the paper. The prints match what you ordered and approved. To get images that 'fit' the frames or paper, you'd want to start with images that match, or use our order wizard to size them to fit and fill the paper.

Hi Jeff! We're so sorry to hear you weren't happy with your print, but it's actually a perfect reproduction of the image you uploaded, which is an extremely blurry, pixelated, night time shot from far way of the Eiffel Tower. The image you uploaded is of very poor quality. You then saw and approved the proof online and in the cart, so we must assume you wanted this type of print. As noted in our TOS, your print is always going to match what you upload. We can't take a low quality image and improve it for you. If you're able to provide us with a higher quality source image we'd be happy to print it for you.

The quality of the print was atrocious. Used another company and it was beautiful.

Hi Rod, We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed with this print. You uploaded an extremely low resolution and pixelated image, which results in a pixelated low quality print. You then approved the proof that showed the final result, and we must then assume the order was intentional. The quality of a print is always dependent on the quality of the source photo uploaded. If this wasn't intentional, you possibly selected and uploaded the wrong image and used a higher resolution image with another provider. We'd be happy to reprint this for you at no cost if you have another image to print or a higher quality version. Thank you!
