Thought I chose a much bigger poster size, and was very disappointed with the delivery charge on my account , especially because the package was never attempted to be delivered. Instead I had to pickup the package from the postal office. Delivery charges should’ve been less than 9.99.

Hi Diana! We're not sure how to make shipping a poster tube across country any less than we charge. Unfortunately, carriers do charge to ship packages. It actually costs $12.90 for USPS mail to your address. We charge an economical $9.99 as a flat rate to assist price conscious customers by subsidizing some of the shipping costs ourselves. It seems most of the is review is related to the carrier you chose at checkout, the USPS, as they are responsible for handling the package to your doorstep, where it shows an attempted delivery was made before leaving a notice it was at the USPS (they would have had to attempt to deliver to leave a notice in the first place.). We did print and ship the size poster that was ordered.

The poster came out slightly pixelated. I was unable to tell with the preview. I would have downsized the poster to be sure.

Hi there! The issue is that you submitted a pixelated source image. While a small on screen thumbnail may not show the issue, the downloadable proof from our Order Wizard shows the pixelation, and the proof was accepted before placing the order, we're so sorry that was missed. We're happy to reprint this if a new, clear source image can be provided. As noted in our TOS before checkout, you warrant you've accepted the proof and understand the print will be a representation of the source image uploaded.

I liked the sizes offered, the delivery was prompt, and packaging was fine. However the color of my prints was way off (too dark).

Hi Janet! Thank you so much for your feedback, we're happy to hear most everything went well. Note that the source images you uploaded were extremely dark. Our monitors and printers are color calibrated to print exactly as submitted. Sometimes a home or consumer monitor could be too bright and you may not realize how dark the images are. If you'd like to submit new color appropriate files we'd be happy to work with you on reprints.

You did a great job printing but most of the sepia was lost in the process. I had the picture restored and wanted to retain as much of the original as possible even though it was very faded. I was pleased with their work. Your printing caused the picture to look nearly black and white. The only reason I chose your company was because of the vintage size.

The poster was just okay. I ordered it with a black rim, which I paid $5 extra for, but when I received my order, sadly, no black border.

Hi Mark, We're not sure where you ordered a "black rim" as that isn't a service we provide. You did order an extra .5 inch border to be added around your print, but that is described as an extra border of the material around your print, suitable for framing and mounting. There is nothing on our site, or in notes from you, that there was an expectation it would be black. Sorry for any misunderstanding there. You did receive the extra .5" border that you were charged for. A great description of how borders work is available on the website next to the option.

I love the prints that I received... they were all packaged well which looked like they would be protected during transit; however, when I unrolled all of the prints they had multiple bends in them.

Hi Carole, We're so sorry to hear that your packaging tube was crushed by the carrier. We never fold prints, they are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective box. On rare occasions, the carrier may squash the box during shipping which, in turn, smashes the rolled print giving the impression it was folded. Although rare, it can happen occasionally, and you can contact us and we'll immediately get a reprint out to you.

I love the qualilty but the customer service is questionable. I think it's someones son and doesn't know how to talk to clients. Entitled, sad.
