“Love the print and quality!! The roll it came it rubbed my photo in a spot and took the picture off the paper it’s not too bad to notice it’s in the sky portion of my photo other than that great affordable and fast delivery .. only place I could find a 3ft by 4ft print! Haha”

Hi Nancy! We're so happy to hear your love our product. It seems your review is actually of USPS? In checking your orders, they are delivering on time, but you're complaining they are slow. USPS Mail is the slowest (and cheapest) shipping method we offer for those people who want to save a little money but have plenty of time to receive their print. It seems you aren't happy with the quoted arrival dates, even though everything is on time. Might we suggest choosing a different shipping service when you check out next, as we ship using the shipping service YOU choose during checkout. Thank you1

Hi there Karin, thanks for your review, we're a bit confused about your note "would like custom sizing." Custom sizing is our speciality. Every single one of our order forms have a 'custom size' area for you to enter any custom size you desire.

“I’ve ordered several backlit posters, they arrived quickly and are reasonably priced. Only down side is while most look great a couple are blurry, which I couldn’t see in the preview and thought I unloaded the same quality images for all.”

Hi Sara! Thank you for your feedback. Your 'blurry' images have 'blurry' source images, and the proof shown for these was accepted. It's important to remember what we print is going to match what you upload. If you zoom into your source images for the blurry prints, you'll see they are blurry too. We print because the proof is accepted. We would never take someone's good print and then make it blurry.

“As usual and with this most recent order being my third, the quality of my posters from the Posterprintshop have been consistently good and accurate. The only areas where I might have noticed a slight change would be in their shipping; more specifically their shipping containers. They have obviously cut some costs by moving to a different style of container to ship with. It's not nearly as robust as the old tubes and removing my posters was a bit more cumbersome and unnerving. The website is not user friendly or intuitive and has never appealed to me but other users may have different experiences when setting up their orders. But regarding the posters, I ordered the vinyl style and they are wonderful! Although on the thin side, they are still more than acceptable and seem durable enough for my interior use. The grommets are good and the print colors crisp, bright and clear.”

“I ordered a variety of poster-sized prints with a photo gloss finish. The print quality turned out to be excellent. A couple prints had some damaged edges from shipping. I was able to disguise the damage with how I framed it. One had a minor crease in the middle due to the staple from the packing list poking into it. I am sure it is a challenge to handle large prints without causing some imperfections. I would certainly recommend Posterprintshop.com to others and plan to purchase more from the company.”

“The prints and canvas were really well done. Very great packaging, and arrived to me in excellent condition. The only reason I gave 4 stars was shipping time took almost a month. I know I live in Hawaii, but my items from India got to me sooner. I really want to collaborate and use this service a lot as an option for people buying my art. Just gotta figure out how to resolve the ship times.”

“The quality of the prints were great! My only complaint was I ordered 18x24 prints with a 1" border (paid extra for the border). - I still wanted the prints to be 18x24 (that was the size of the frames I bought). They printed them so they were now larger than the 18x24 I ordered. I had to take them and pay to have the border professionally cut off so they could fit in the frames. Just wasted money and time... but they still look good. Just don't have the white border like I wanted.”

Thank you for your feedback! As noted on our site, our professional photo matte paper has a very slight sheen to it, which many professional photographers love for how it sharpens their photos and colors. If you'd like a matte paper with no shine or glare, we have our archival matte photo paper. Both medias have great descriptions and sample photos to help choose the right finish.

“They did a great job overall, very efficient ordering process, reasonably priced, good communication and fast delivery etc. Took off one star because even though it was packed well for shipping, somehow there was a decent sized crease in the rolled up print, which created a crease in the whole poster.”

“poster is beautiful - im not sure if it cane with a minor scuff or if i caused it - seems like the type of print i got is fairly delicate. but it's extremely subtle and it looks gorgeous”
