“First time I have used them, and will definitely be back! Their quality of print and customer service was outstanding. Quick turn-around time, especially if you're a local. I could not have been more pleased with how our vinyl banners turned out – especially because it was my first time designing something larger than a magazine page. Far exceeded my expectations. “I ordered a backlit film print for a lightbox I built. The print quality was excellent, and when viewed in the light box it was spectacular. PPS did a great job on the print. I would have liked to have had updates during the process, and a way to track my package. It seemed like it took a while to get to me, and I was wondering if the order had been shipped. All in all, I will use them again soon.”

Hi Phillip! We're so glad to hear that you received your package and are happy with the print! We just wanted to address your concerns about updates and the time it took to get to you. You chose USPS Ground Advantage, the slowest (yet inexpensive) shipping method available. It actually arrived ahead of the time quoted during checkout. Next, we send constant updates about the order (when it starts to print, when it's shipped, out for delivery etc). Our servers show all these emails were sent to your order email, but weren't opened. Could you check spam or other folders? We'd like to figure that out so you get those emails for your next order. Thank you again for the order!

“I am very hhappy with my experience. It took me a few tries to get the sizing just the way I wanted it, but it was not hard to figure out. It was easy to preview before ordering, which is where I caught my mistakes. Once I uploaded the image and ordered it was so easy. It was beautifully done. Just perfect. I have it hanging on my wall and I am so happy.”

“Easy to use website and quick shipping. I received the print and I was a little worried with it being rolled up and trying to get it to lay flat. It was something I shouldn’t have worried about. I put in under some weight and now it lays perfectly flat. Quality and paper stock is awesome This is for the background for an antique crane game from the 20’s”

Hi Mark, We're not sure where you ordered a "black rim" as that isn't a service we provide. You did order an extra .5 inch border to be added around your print, but that is described as an extra border of the material around your print, suitable for framing and mounting. There is nothing on our site, or in notes from you, that there was an expectation it would be black. Sorry for any misunderstanding there. You did receive the extra .5" border that you were charged for. A great description of how borders work is available on the website next to the option.
