“I was dissapointed with the quality of of the reproduction of my picture. It could have been my fault, I am not an expert in enlargeing photos. I did not receive a very good reproduction of the original photo that I sent. Maybe I requested to much enlargement of the picture, I don't know. The picture was taken with an older high quality camera a few years ago, ( Sony A 6000 35mm ), The original picture was a high resolution photo. The reproduction my photo was way to dark with very little color in it and was nowhere near the quality of the original in color brightness or clarity. The enlargement of my picture should not have been mailed back to me in the first place without notifying me about the quality or color loss in the reproduction. No one would have been happy with the results compairing the original picture with the enlargement. Poster Print Shop should have been in touch with me to inform me about the way the reproduction of my enlarged photo turned out before sending it to me. They had my contact information. A partial refund would have been fair. I have choosen not to pursue a replacement after I talked to Erica, none of this was her fault in my opinion. This is the first time I have had a photo enlarged.. I probably will not do it again at 77 years old. No hard feeling towards Posterprint Shop. Things happen in life and sometimes you loose.”

Hi Gary, We're so sorry to hear you weren't happy with the print of your cat. We've tried to work with you in several ways (chat, email, phone) to explain the issues compare your print with what was uploaded. You've answered most of your concerns here, you uploaded an image taken with an older camera that is already quite dark. Our color calibrated monitors and printers provided an accurate representation and print of what was uploaded and you approved the proof. It is a high resolution, dark, image. We've offered a reprint if we work together on a resolution, but as you've indicated here, you decided not to move forward. We pride ourselves in providing the best quality prints possible from the source material, but there isn't a lot we can do when source materials have issues and the proofs are approved. Thank you!

“I purchased digital file on Etsy for my son’s camp theme playroom. Printing here was swift! Upload file , click away on size and details , pay and await the order. It arrived as scheduled. Carefully packaged. I am very happy with the result.”

Hi Janet! Thank you so much for your feedback, we're happy to hear most everything went well. Note that the source images you uploaded were extremely dark. Our monitors and printers are color calibrated to print exactly as submitted. Sometimes a home or consumer monitor could be too bright and you may not realize how dark the images are. If you'd like to submit new color appropriate files we'd be happy to work with you on reprints.

As an artist i see details in my work that others may not, but I have never been let down in the quality of work from Poster Print Shop. Their prices are on point and turnaround is as quick as one could expect. I found my printer, I don't need to waste my time looking elsewhere.”

“As usual and with this most recent order being my third, the quality of my posters from the Posterprintshop have been consistently good and accurate. The only areas where I might have noticed a slight change would be in their shipping; more specifically their shipping containers. They have obviously cut some costs by moving to a different style of container to ship with. It's not nearly as robust as the old tubes and removing my posters was a bit more cumbersome and unnerving. The website is not user friendly or intuitive and has never appealed to me but other users may have different experiences when setting up their orders. But regarding the posters, I ordered the vinyl style and they are wonderful! Although on the thin side, they are still more than acceptable and seem durable enough for my interior use. The grommets are good and the print colors crisp, bright and clear.”

“I ordered a variety of poster-sized prints with a photo gloss finish. The print quality turned out to be excellent. A couple prints had some damaged edges from shipping. I was able to disguise the damage with how I framed it. One had a minor crease in the middle due to the staple from the packing list poking into it. I am sure it is a challenge to handle large prints without causing some imperfections. I would certainly recommend Posterprintshop.com to others and plan to purchase more from the company.”
