5days fir an £8 postage guaranteed next day, rude staff in tele sales he knew he'd done bad as when I asked for his name he hung up on me! Tracking not working, total bare faced lies, but I persevered and the last lady I spoke with was so so nice, helpful and polite. So unlike the male idiot who refuses a basic q of what's your name

I purchased a "guaranteed" next day service. The package was delivered two days late. The 'tracking' feature was ridiculous. I lost money as a consequence of late delivery. The Post Office rejected my claim for compensation on the grounds that I did not read their T&Cs or purchase their 'consequential loss insurance' (which was not offered and I had never heard of!). It should be illegal for a company to describe a service as 'guaranteed' if it is not guaranteed (or insufficiently insured, as in my case). The Post Office and Royal Mail are essentially monopolies. They were better as state owned organisations. Hopeless customer service.

I posted a Christmas present to a friend which cost me 48.99 plus £4.45 postage , and sent it signed for delivery. After 4 weeks it hasn’t arrived. I complained and sent proof of postage. They gave me a book of stamps as compensation . Shocking service!

Templepatrick post office has the rudest, most unfriendly, unhelpful married couple as managers.Really is unacceptable to be a customer facing business.I have been encouraged to write this post after witnessing an encounter between the female manager and a client..terrible to witness someone being spoken to in such an aggressive tone.To be avoided at all costs.

Brighouse post office what a joke. The 2 women that have been there donkeys years do everything to be annoying and quibble about the most ridiculous things. Don’t go in anymore but travel to Bailiff Bridge where you always receive a nice welcome and a service you can’t fault

We have had a post office prepaid travel card for year's with no problems, however with Covid we have not travelled for 2 year's. I am absolutely fuming after travelling abroad last week to find they have taken £48 from our account for inactivity on the card £2 per month. Absolutely disgusted. Have they not heard of Covid?

Miserable staff, especially the manager. No print services for mail and complains when using Royal Mail prepaid services. Try not to use now.

Wanted to post parcel with printed label from eBay, but staff member refused to accept it stating that the weight is wrong. In fact it was printing mistake, however the weight of parcel was way in weight limits for this type of parcel. Needed to go back to home, cancel the label, print it again and go back to the post office. This time was refused to be serviced at all and told to go to another branch. When question the woman and told her their bosses never had a problems like that, I have been using their service for years, she answered she is the boss and will not serve me. I believe if they don't want to provide post office service they should have their licence void. This is review not for Post Office, or even this branch. I have used them for years. But this employee is totally rude.

Westover Sorting Office. I was out when it was deliverd. Our regular postman is on holiday, the relief postman took it back to the sorting office. I went to collect it - a round trip of 10 miles. The office was closed. Only opens 8-10am. Whihc is Not what it says on its website. Today Saturday - it says it is open till 12.000. But I don't trust it so tried to ring Customer Services to check. They will "answer me as soon as they can" but it has been 20 minutes already and even if the office was open I now won't have time to get there . In the meantime yesterday, I saw the postman in the street and he said he would redeliver it todas " if he remembered". Well he obviously didn't remember. It is now nearly midday and I don't think there has even been a delivery today and certainly won't be one as late as this on a Saturday. We have a very good service when our refular postman is on duty. As soon as he isn't, it all goes to pot.Lousy service. I would give it no stars at all if I could. You can't call anybody, you can't talk to anybody. They have us over a barrel with nothing but online communication. I know there is absolutely no point in writing this but it makes me feel better. The blame is Covid, of course, although it was awful before Covid was ever heard of but that will be the excuse for the next 20 years.

What a shower of crooks. Having looked at the exchange rates for euros on the post office website (which offers a service whereby you collect the currency at your local post office)I went along directly to my local post office and bought euros. On returning home I realised that £500 at the Post Office had only got me 540 euros as opposed to the 570 euros figure advertised on the post office website. When I queried this with the post office "customer care" team I was advised that post offices can apply whatever exchange rates they wish. Had I ordered £500 worh of euros online for collection at the same post office I would have received 570 euros when I collected it at the post office but because I went into the post office and ordered it, they were at liberty to apply whatever exchange rate they wished. There is this no link between the exchange rates published on the post office website and the exchange rates applied within post office. Get the logic there? the logic is to screw you, Low life. Boycott them
