“As always first class but your choice of delivery co for this area of London needs looking into in our vie view. Your packages have been in past left put in the rain. We live on a corner cite and the Post Office has been fine for our 40 year residence!”

However, I am sorry to hear about the issues with your recent deliveries. The courier should not be leaving the parcel out in the rain, and I'll make sure that this is raised with them for investigation. You can choose to have your parcel sent with Royal Mail, and this can be selected at checkout or when placing your order over the phone with us. All you need to do is tell our Order Processor that you'd like it sent with Royal Mail, and they'll get that arranged for you. It is slightly more expensive, but is a tracked48 service so would arrive quicker than a standard 3-5 working day service with Evri. Kind regards, Postscript Customer Services

“The book puchased was "Twelve Sheep" by John Connell. Only part of the way through but have found the book very interesting. Love the little bits of information he has put in about his family and his travels before returning back to his home country. I love sheep and would love to get hold of a young lamb to feed him/her with a bottle, just for a cuddle.”

“Enormous selection to suit every age, genre, clearly and according descriptions, brilliant prices and packaging. Not only is the packaging ‘green’ it envelopes the contents so avoiding moisture getting to the books should the parcel come into contact with rain.”

“Never been disappointed with my orders, however I feel you should make it clearer as to whether or not books are paperbacks. As already stressed I do not like your courier and would pay extra costs for someone else.”
