“Over the years, I have been very impressed with Postscript’s efficient telephone ordering service, staff are always polite and helpful. I have always been advised of delivery dates. When the books arrive, they are always very well packed and are in perfect condition. The catalogue covers many subjects and is informative.”

“Postscript produce an excellent and informative monthly catalogue. They deal with orders quickly and their packaging is first class,books arrive in good condition. There is a problem-Postscript use Evri to deliver their books. In my area,Evri very rarely deliver their packages at the time they originally promised. They also photograph the package when leaving it in my porch. However they often fail to ring my doorbell. Evri are the worst parcel delivery company I have to deal with. As their business has been growing no doubt they must be cheaper than other companies. However I do not think they do anything for the reputation of companies that use them.”

“My mum ordered some books for her great grandson. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address. We tried to retrieve it but had no luck. Explained circumstances to Postscript , and , although it wasn't their fault, sent another set of books. All free of charge. I am so grateful as was she. Excellent service.”
