“I ordered the Baffle 218010 thinking it would be great for my grandson aged 8 to play on his sporadic travels: you gave the size but not the weight, which matters when sent to New Zealand. Lots of your toys are in huge boxes which then cost when sent abroad, but all in all I have been pleased with your selections over the years. Thank you.”

“I was at home waiting for delivery but the delivery person did not use the doorbell so he/she delivered to my neighbour. This was slightly annoying but the books were well packed and in good order”

I can see that we have an instruction to deliver to a neighbour, however this should only be the case if you are out and the courier cannot hand it to you. I will ensure that this is passed to the courier for review so that it can be taken into consideration for future deliveries.
