“The order arrived in due time. However it was disappointing that a book set of two was not in stock. As a result a credit of £6.99 was made. Any subsequent orders would require an additional £3 delivery charge.”

Good morning Mr Sinclair, As a limited stock retailer, we do sometimes have items go out of stock which have proven to be very popular with our customers. I am glad to see that you were immediately reimbursed for the missing items. Our telephone and online ordering customers benefit from the advantages of real time information as to whether a product is out of stock, but unfortunately this is impossible to achieve for our customers who choose to order via post. “The books were great ,but the delivery was tricky because the driver was going to leave the books outside our garage,luckily I saw him coming down our lane and went up onto the lane just as he left them outside the garage,they could of got soaked if I had not seen him,”

“The service was very good - value - ordering and Customer Service, especially the latter when Evri made a real mess when despatching. Inside a parcel addressed to me and sent to a Evri Receipt Shop. was only another parcel containing a winter coat for somebody in Hull - I live in Scarborough and a 9 day delay. Postdcript sent replacement books with a 24 hours service. Evri have not sorted out the problem and presumably Postscript Books have not been compensated”
