“I LOVE Postscript Books. I love the range, I love the manageable catalogue, the sensible packaging, and the promptness of the posting. The only flaw is that the website can be a bit slow at the point of putting things in your basket. This means that I have often had to redo the search after finding that one or more items aren't in my basket. A small gripe.”

“I find there is something of interest most months and the low prices lead me to get books I might otherwise never have read. As an author myself I do wince a bit when I see books being sold cheaply but I'm well aware of the nature of the market. The delivery service is very good and I have never had a problem with it. You might like to note that in quite a few cases once I have read a book I pass it on to a charity, often our local Hospice who I know are grateful to receive books. “I always enjoy the Postscript catalogue for the vast range of books it offers. Recently, I phoned to order a book I wanted to send to a friend as a Christmas present. I prefer to use the phone, because it is more personal than ordering online. The lady to whom I spoke was both efficient and charming, enquired whether I wished to include a greeting to my friend - I did - and carefully noted the text. It was a most pleasant 'human' encounter, and I think we both enjoyed the call. I know that I did.”
