“I am in receipt of the regular Postscript catalogues that offer a wide range of titles. I selected a set of Jeeves & Wooster books to read and my partner selected a Tom Reid Wilson book to purchase. I also realised that with a small extra purchase I could gain free postage to send the books to me so went on the website and looked under categories that interested me and found a book on the ship, Lusitania. The e-mails from Postscript are always informative as to when items will arrive and Evri contact me when they have my parcel. Books are always well packaged and a joy to receive.”

“The books and service are excellent; the delivery system is deplorable. At the age of 85 I had to go round the district searching for the book "successfully delivered" by Evri. I eventually found it, wet, in the rain, on the windowsill of someone else's house. This has happened several times. I will no longer deal with any company that uses Evri; they are not fit for purpose.”

We find Evri to be an effective and efficient courier, and that 98% of their parcels are delivered to the correct location earlier than the estimated lead time. However, I appreciate that your experience was not a positive one, and we take non-compliant deliveries such as this seriously.
