“Poor customer service and web site. It took over two days to change my email address with several emails and two phone calls required. Books are fine and so is delivery. The problem lies in ordering. I have ordered from Postscript over many years. Things never used to be this bad.”

“I usually use amazon for book search but it has limits. Your catalogue is a good source of book that interests me I’m into non fiction books and found books that look interesting. The price is good and they post the book with a Very good protection. Always well taped Amazon does not do this. All the books have no damage to covers or spine they must love books Alan jones”

“I wasn't happy with the condition of a book I purchased - I didn't realise it was an off mint book or know the definition of such a volume. “Always pleased with the service. Prompt service and delivery. The only drawback this time was that I left instructions for the items to be left with my neighbour if I was out but they were left on the doorstep. Luckily they were still there on my return home through a heavy footfall area.”

“Books arrived as advertised. The dinosaurs is a present for a nine year old and looks very fine. The little snippet on maths in everyday life is interesting but I haven't had time to read it all. I can't fault the catalogue presentation or speed of delivery”
