“Amazing book and price ruined because of the delivery process and packaging.Book has bashed binding.I’ve read reviews of this happening quite often but gave you the benefit of the doubt to no avail. Please listen to the reviews guys!!!!”

Hi John, I am sorry to hear that your book was damaged in transit. If you would like us to replace the book then please just contact our customer service team at help@psbooks.co.uk with some images, I am sure they will be happy to help you. Thank you for the feedback on our packaging. We do deliver thousands of parcels every day and we actually see very few concerns about damages being raised in relation to the volume we send. In regards to changing the packaging; due to how we ethically source our boxes, wrapping and the providers we use, this process does take time, but we feel it is time well spent to do it right. As such, we are presently reviewing our current solutions and you will hopefully see our new and improved packaging very soon.

“I was very pleased with the availability of sets of detective stories by authors I'd not heard of so could be sure I'd not already read. Having ordered on a Saturday night, the arrival of the books early on Tuesday morning seemed to me to be above and beyond the "3 to 5 days" the website had promised. I also found out that there is the option of collecting my purchases from a local shop rather than having them delivered, which would tempt me to make smaller purchases rather than just the larger orders I have so far submitted.”

“As usual an easy to follow procedure for ordering an item. I went along with the suggestion to have my purchase delivered to a local store (Tesco's in St. Johns Road, Tunbridge Wells) but it was only after I had arranged this that I learnt that photographic proof of identity would be required. I do not have an up-to- date passport but fortunately they accepted my bus pass. I hope this would also work on any future occasion as usually the bus pass is not accepted.”
