“I have bought from Postscript Books for years because they offer a wide range of titles at good value . I have found some unusual non fiction here. The staff are invariably polite when they answer the phone and the books arrive very quickly. I hope they continue to flourish.”

Good afternoon, All of our titles are in stock at the time of our catalogue being published. The more popular titles can sell very quickly but we will try to offer alternatives when possible. Where a title is popular we will try to acquire more stock which will then be advertised in the 'back by popular demand' section of the catalogue and online. “I think customer services is very good, most of the time ordering on line is ok, I had a problem on Monday the 14th January as I was trying to order a calendar and every time I went to pay it said that my basket was empty so I had to start again. I managed to order the calendar but it looked like I was just ordering one and it picked up all of the others so I suddenly I had ordered five! Thanks to customer services it was all sorted out and I am hoping to get my calendar tomorrow. I also think the delivery company are good as well.”

“The process to order was great, it was the delivery that let the side down. We paid extra for next day delivery on the Friday, but Evri didn't deliver until gone 8pm on Sunday, leaving 2 parcels with a value of £240 at the locked school gates. We were very lucky they were still there when we arrived on Monday.”
