“Absolutely a five star company. They have a website which is clear and easy to use, but they also produce lovely printed brochures of their books. Great to deal with; my husband prefers to order by phone, I usually use the website, but either way, delivery is swift and the books beautifully packed. Oh and the prices are remarkable, too!”

“Consistently good service. I always order by phone and find the staff very helpful. Having regularly placed orders, most months, for some years. I occasionally attempt to unintentionally order a book I had previously purchased, but the staff draw this to my attention and save me from a duplication.”

“All very good, as a longtime reader. Have to read the HB and PB carefully, aswhat looks like a paperback (eg Angels of Lovely Lane) turns out to be wacking great hardback. The very biggest, I can turn into two books, and I have become quite an expert in doing this, with new covers etc. But congratulations on your friendly staff and your fast service, and a great Evri deliverer”

“As always your book selection is fine, your order system works well and in the event of a problem, your customer service is responsive. However, your order delivery system is not acceptable. For the second time, your preferred delivery courier, evri, lost our order/delivery and although evri stated that the order was in their hands, it was never delivered. You offered to re-send the order but by then some 4 of the 7 books ordered were no longer available. This poor courier performance can do nothing but damage your credibility - we suggest you review your courier policy.”

“It is always a pleasure to get the Postscript brochure and I take time to study the latest offerings. I am tempted in many directions and this particular time I decided to educate myself on things that I missed out when younger, so when the parcel arrived it was exciting to find out what I had chosen!”

“Easy to order and books arrive in a short time. Good range of subjects on offer, usually find something I want to read. Box sets are you specially good value. Highly recommended”
