“I have been delighted with the books I have received from Postscript. Almost all have been rich with learning and inspiration, with only one slight disappointment. They have arrived very promptly, well packed, and now that I am rather housebound looking after my invalid husband they have been a great solace. I rate this service 5.”

“Always a pleasure to receive the colourful catalogue and spend some quality time choosing a book or three, before speaking to a proper person who makes the ordering and purchase such a delight. A short wait until the books arrive (environmentally wrapped) and then the joy of reading! What more could a person ask for? You can purchase on-line, but who doesn't prefer talking to a real human being.....”

“Missed a book this month! Catalogue arrived too late! Sadly this has happened before and needed to ask for replacement! I must say all your girls (ladies) sound lovely and are very courteous and always helpful. Well done. Books are super and varied and arrive quite safe and sound. (Excellent!) “I enjoy looking through your catalogue and often find something that I like. Recently I bought2 Margaret Drabble novels and last week I received two by Elly Griffiths. Completely different genres but the Drabble ones are good and have not yet started the Elly Griffiths yet. I have had a number of books from you and have enjoyed most of them.”

“I have enjoyed books of various types, sizes and prices from Postscript Books over the years and have always been pleased with them and at the prices they are sold at can afford to (occasionally) branch out on another subject or re-visit a classic. I place my order by phone and that way i know whether it is available and the staff who man the phones are invariably polite and efficient and the delivery is quck. Long may you continue finding these books for us.”

“I find Postscript Books have a wide range of titles that one would not normally come across - but would have liked to be aware of. These are presented with short but very informative 'information clips' which are a joy to read in themselves! The overall organisation and presentation of the monthly 'catalogue' is excellent. Service is also the same - I always order by phone (a service which hasd greatly improved since I first became aware of PB) and have several times selected a title only to be told 'you purchased a copy of that two years ago' (at least I'm consistent!!!) Sometimes i buy nothing, other times two or three titles. With the public library book purchase funds having been hollowed out this is where I get a lot of my reading. And when I've finished I pass the mint books to Oxfam, who probably sell them for more than I paid to PB!!!! We all win!”

“Despite agreed delivery instructions the parcel was left on a bench at the end of the garden, which I suppose is better than leaning on the gate, which is Evri's other method of delivery. What if we had been out or it was raining? Sometimes cheapest is not acceptable. Please delete me from your mailing list as any future sale lists received will be put in the re cycling box.”
