“The order arrived in due time. However it was disappointing that a book set of two was not in stock. As a result a credit of £6.99 was made. Any subsequent orders would require an additional £3 delivery charge.”

Good morning Mr Sinclair, As a limited stock retailer, we do sometimes have items go out of stock which have proven to be very popular with our customers. I am glad to see that you were immediately reimbursed for the missing items. Our telephone and online ordering customers benefit from the advantages of real time information as to whether a product is out of stock, but unfortunately this is impossible to achieve for our customers who choose to order via post.
