“I wasn't happy with the condition of a book I purchased - I didn't realise it was an off mint book or know the definition of such a volume. Postscript handles my concern admirably and all was well that ended well. I thoroughly recommend the company and will have no hesitation in using their services again in the future.”

“Always pleased with the service. Prompt service and delivery. The only drawback this time was that I left instructions for the items to be left with my neighbour if I was out but they were left on the doorstep. Luckily they were still there on my return home through a heavy footfall area.”

“Books arrived as advertised. The dinosaurs is a present for a nine year old and looks very fine. The little snippet on maths in everyday life is interesting but I haven't had time to read it all. I can't fault the catalogue presentation or speed of delivery”

“I was very disappointed with my order from Postscript. After placing my order on 5th March, with a delivery rate of 3-5 days, I heard no more until 14th Mach when Paypal informed me a refund from Postscript was being processed. Even then, I didn't know which books the refund applied to until the parcel was delivered on 15th March. The two books which presumably were available when I placed the order but which were unavailable when the order was being made up had been intended for birthday presents but by 15th March it was too late to source them from elsewhere.”

The two titles in question were showing as available due to a discrepancy in our inventory software, and unfortunately it is not company policy to contact each customer that this situation applies to. “I frequently order books from your company. I like the presentation style of your brochure and congratulate you on the range of publications on offer. I mostly order for my three primary school age grandchildren. I am a retired head teacher and recognise the value of books as a source of information and enjoyment. My only criticism concerns the range of literature available for the upper juniors. There seem to be plenty of stories for nursery/infant children but little for children around ten years of age. Perhaps you could take this on board and order more for this age group. Ruth Andreski”
