“Almost bought a TV from Currys but while in the shop checked internet for best price, found Power Direct and saved £200, did not get the TV untill a few days later but it was worth the wait with £200 in my pocket. Delivery was good and was kept informed when delivery was due and it came when planned”

“A fantastic and professional service from PowerDirect. From soending some time researching the items I wanted, PowerDirect we easily the most competitively priced company I could find. This meant that I came back and purchased a second item from them. The delivery of my items was within one week and by competent and experienced companies. For the television I ordered, I received a text asking for a convenient delivery date and received another text the day before to offer a one hour delivery window. This is a truly excellent service for high quaility products at the most reasonable prices. I would easily recommend PowerDirect to anyone and will certainly be coming back to use them again in the future.”

“I found Power Direct through Google and was very pleased that I did. Great price for our Sony TV, good communication by email and two delightful chaps from Leeds delivered the product when they said they would, helping me to inspect it before they left. Couldn't have hoped for a better service; thank you.”

“I brought a new fridge freezer as mine just gave up the ghost. I liked the fact that there were a number of well-known brands and the prices were fantastic! There were lots to choose from and once I had chosen it was very easy to buy. A simple and straight forward process. I received my confirmation e-mail straight away which even gave additional options for my delivery, such as unpacking & installation. I didn't choose these so can't comment but the driver who brought my fridge freezer was very friendly. Fast delivery too! Very pleased and would use this company again!”

“Bought a Sony Micro Hifi System at by far the lowest price I could find on the internet. The customer service was second to none and the hifi arrived within only a couple of days of ordering. It is very rare that I do buy products online but I will definitely be using Powerdirect again. Thank you.”

“Website is clear and easy to use but the distributors that they use let them down. Was supposed to have been contacted about delivery times within 2-3 days and 5 days later had heard nothing so had to chase to be told it was coming the next day. Fortunately I was able to arrange something and I could have probably rearranged the delivery to a later date but I needed the appliance ASAP. Other than the lack of information from the distributors everything else was very good. Not too long a lead time on delivery and also delivery guy was very polite,prices seemed very reasonable also”

“Brilliant Service and far cheaper than other providers, my TV arrived promptly within two days of ordering, delivered by their own van and unpacked when got there to check everything was OK. Very impressed and will definitely order from these guys again.”

“There was a problem with my Sony sound system but no worries power direct had it picked up and a new one dispatched in as quicker time as could be possible. I cannot fault their communication and response to what was initially a disappointing experience. Well done power direct I will be using your company again next time I need any electrical goods.”
