“After ordering the tumble dryer and having a confirmation email i thought all was well 2 days latter i reiceve a email stating that iff the tumble dryer was to be deliverd inside or up any steps they wanted further payment for a 2 man delivery crew iff this is the case this needs to be on the origonal charges as a choice. it also took 15 days for it to be delivered from stock”

“Very goid company order delivered on time no problems and kept up to date I looked onlibevand realised it had very bad reviews and I was concerned but I had no problems I ordered a 500 hifi and works as it should very cheao and quakity as expected”

“I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner from PowerDirect and I was not disappointed. They were incredibly competitive in price, which was my reason for choosing them as the particular model of vacuum I desired was rather expensive. However they beat all the high street stores, not only that but free delivery as well, this surely is too good to be true! I must be honest I had not heard of them before and was not sure what to expect. But my word how amazing are they! I spoke to customer services as my computer was playing up and placed my order..very professional and polite. I was told 3-5 days delivery. However my vacuum arrived in 2 days..in perfect condition. I highly recommend PowerDirect and will certainly be using them again. Thanks guys great service.”

“Appalling customer service no ability to telephone, wait forever for email reply. Ordered samsung "ww70k4510ww" washing machine. Wrong machine delivered. Promised exchange for correct machine. 3 days later told could not happen as machine ordered was "Currys exclusive " Why did Power Direct advertise it for sale? 24th August told machine would be collected and refund made. Now at 2nd September, still no date for collection. Do they know what they are doing. Only communicating by email is long winded. Need to have a customer service phone line. R Geeson”

“Everything about this was simple and efficient. The fridge freezer is great and a superb price too. The delivery chaps were excellent as was the helpline operative when I called him with a small query. I would definitely use Powerdirect again.”

“Product was delivered on time and I was kept fully up to date with regards to delivery. The driver who delivered my T V was extremely helpful and friendly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the cost was £200.00 less than John Lewis. I would definitely recommend Power Direct to all my friends.”

“The Fridge freezer was the most competitive price and the cream colour blended with our cream kitchen nicely, the ordering and delivery was efficient and on time, the delivery men were very pleasant and obliging in positioning our fridge freezer into its location, I would definitely use your company again.”
