“Good fast hassle free service”

“After finding the product I intended to purchase via Google, I went with Power Direct as they offered the best price. However, at the time I didn't realise that this order was 'Special Order', so the amount of time it could take to arrive could have been anything, which was insufficient as I required it before Christmas. After contacting the cancellation team, an employee by the name of James proved to be very helpful as he contacted the distributor and had arranged for the product to reach me two days later. This enabled me to avoid the stress of finding somewhere else to obtain the product for a similar price in a short time span, and the correspondence proved to be very friendly and helpful overall.”

“Best price available and fast service with helpful delivery tracking info.. Dyson V6 vacuum. An excellent replacement for my old heavy and noisy corded vacuum. Will and have recommended Powerdirect and the V6. DD.”

“I read all the poor comments and waited in anticipation of it all going so wrong but Powerdirect and Parcelforce both worked smoothly and the vacuum cleaner arrived promptly. All good with product though awkward to piece together and brush attachment does not want to stay in place which is slightly annoying but that is an issue with design and not a problem with Powerdirect. Great value as well as greatly discounted against high street and other on line stores.”

“The process of ordering the Bosch Washing machine was quite easy. The staff we spoke to on the phone were helpful and very polite. That part of the transaction was very satisfactory. However. When the appliance was delivered the men refused to take away the old machine, which was completely disconnected. They also had to be requested to remove the packaging, in order to facilitate an inspection of the appliance; which was satisfactory. It was not until they had departed that we discovered that they had thrown the packaging in the garden. It was this part of the transaction which was very disappointing. I telephoned the sales department, and the person with whom I conversed, affirmed that I had paid for the old machine to be recycled. The problem we had, was that the old machine had to be stored for a further week, until it was collected, by a very friendly different team.”
