“Fantastic. I received a really good deal on an upper mid-range appliance and it was with me within 5 days. I'd read bad reviews about items taking months to arrive but I called to check the appliance was in stock and they were extreamley helpful. I would highly recommend this website but just make sure you read the info they give you about stock availability and delivery costs.”

“This was the first time I'd used Powerdirect but found they had the best price for the TV I wanted. Ordering was straightforward initially but then I was requested to send proof of my ID etc, thereafter everything seemed to go through fine. The TV was delivered on the day i was given, although it took longer to get delivered than anticipated (10 days) We also didn't have the option of choosing a preferred day to ensure we would be in as we both work full time. To rearrange would mean waiting another week and again we were both still out anyway. Would consider using again if I wasn't in a hurry for the product as they do offer competitive prices, however I would just recommend they have more flexibility with delivery options. Sarah W”

“Best price we could find on the internet. Quick delivery and the driver rang the day before. He was able to give us a delivery window so we could arrange a neighbour to let him in. Product is working fine and box was undamaged at delivery.”
