“Great service from these guys, I had some concerns over my order quantity and they were in touch straight away and worked with me to resolve the issue and also delivery and quality of goods was superb. “Very good advice and next day delivery. A problem with an extension lead for my Sonos One was quickly resolved by Liam and a fix was delivered the following day. would definitely recommend. Just one gripe ..... I don't like the PayPal oriented payment procedures .... I am not interested in the PayPal hard sell.”

“Very good customer service ordered last Saturday afternoon afternoon after talking on chat line which I have to say had an instant response not the usual wait for ages till you get a response from other companies placed order Saturday was not really expecting to receive my order till mid week as Saturday/Sunday are classed as non business days but arrived early Tuesday morning overall well impressed will definitely use power button again”

“I ordered a pair of Sonos Five wall brackets from Powerbutton, I realised the next day I had made an error on my order, after a quick online chat with Powerbutton I was advised to cancel the order and then raise a new one. I received a refund almost instantly and raised a new correct order which was delivered by DPD on the correct day with an hours time slot. Excellent customer service from the Powerbutton team, they will be my go to retailer for future Sonos purchases”
