“I never give 5 stars because every company could improve something they do as we are not Robots so occasionally get things wrong! That said. The customer care after the point of my purchase has been great throughout right up until the delivery despite my worries when given my delivery day. However, they were fantastic answering my email almost immediately rescheduling my time delivering promptly well within the hour slot time with a huge smile. I still have yet to open my gift to myself but I'm sure it's fine as the package was in excellent condition.”

“Fantastic service. I received a speaker stand where there was a slight crack in the base on the plastic cover. Sent a picture to powerbutton and a brand new one was sent the next day. Brilliant.”

“After searching high and low for a competitive price on the sonos surround sound system i ended up making my final decision with PowerButton. The price was right and delivery was within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the stock level was 1x of the sonos one speakers and upon picking the item it was not present. I received an email informing me immediately and missing item arrived the following day. Very happy customer..”
