Could I ask for you to review the details again please as the last order we had for yourself and the order ID specified on the right-hand side was placed on the 21st of June and was delivered on the 22nd? “Second purchase from PTM now. Second order£320 they then dropped the price of the item by £20 less than 24 hours after I purchased asked if they could refund the £20.00 they would not. Asked if I could re order and send the other back they said that’s not possible really disappointed poor customer service over £20.00 not likely use again now for this reason. Will be accumulating more and more tools.”

Good Afternoon, Thanks for your feedback. When it comes to our prices, the price we charge is very dependent on the stock that we receive. It is because of this we need to be strict with when deals are live and when they are not. Unfortunately in this instance, we were unable to do anything about the amount you paid on the day you ordered and I do apologise for that. Kind Regards John
