Good Afternoon, I do apologise for that, when it comes to faulty items we try and troubleshoot in case its something that we could overcome over the phone without having to return and replace etc. As we are not the manufacturers and only the stockists, our knowledge is not that of the manufacturers so we just ask for some more information to try and get to the bottom of it for you.
