“Great prices, good delivery. Surprised that the drill came not product packed and that the guy I phoned to ask about this was a bit dismissive of my concerns (was it new, refurbished, 2nd hand?). However lady I emailed (Dawn) was far more re-assuring stating that product was new and that this particular one came unpackaged from the manufacturer.”
