“I always shop around for a good price before I buy something expensive. My partner wanted a particular reciprocating saw. PowerToolMate was the best price. The website had a excellent selection and exactly the kit my partner was looking for. He was sceptical about ordering from a site as he believed it wouldn’t come with the same warranty etc. So I called the phone number provided, a nice woman answered and told me it was a family company that had been established 50 years and was from the UK, She gave me all the warranty info etc. I always prefer to support UK businesses, so I placed the order online. The parcel arrived in good time, not ridiculous size packaging. Everything looks to be as ordered, just waiting for my partner to cut my pallets for me, so I can get on with making a few projects. He will be using it mostly for gardening purposes. Very happy around thank you.”
