“good to deal with although when we had a van of tools robbed i messaged yourselves but got no reply. Is bit annoying when we see you try to help other customers. Also postage has risen to our wee part of the UK (northern ireland) but is free when purchasing through ebay and other suppliers”

“Price was cheapest for the DeWALT item I bought. The only reason for dropping to 4 stars was the shipping cost. I understand that below a certain value it’s not possible to give free delivery, but a jump from zero to full price shipping at one breakpoint doesn’t seem fair. Especially for something that just needed to be put into a plastic bag and isn’t that big. That said, I would definitely buy from again.”
