“I recently had to consign my old mitre saw to the great DIY scrapyard in the sky and needed a new one. As I am sure many people do these days I checked various manufacturers and models online and settled on a Metabo KGS216M. OK, it's not Makita, Dewalt or other better known (and much more expensive) brands but it does more than I need at a very reasonable price and is great value for money. I checked out eBay, Amazon and a number of other suppliers and Powertoolmate offered the saw at a price well below that quoted by others ( A refurbished one has since sold on eBay for around £4.00 less than the new one from Powertoolmate) and if registered within 4 weeks it comes with a 3 year guarantee. I was unsure about something, phoned the company and was spoken to by a pleasant lady who contacted a colleague to get the information I needed. Opening an account with them was straightforward, placing the order easy, and paying no problem. The saw was delivered within 2 days (at no extra charge) and I am totally happy with the saw and the service I have received. I have no doubt that if I need to contact Powertoolmate in the future I will be dealt with quickly, pleasantly and in a professional way. I UNRESERVEDLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.”
