“The sander tool arrived in a generic plastic bag posted in a generic cardboard box. The manuals and the dustbag were thrown in the box, so that's good. What I didn't like is that both the dustbag attachment and the sander had dust on them. Not sure if due to bad storage practices, dirty hands handling or prior use. Just the fact that I have to doubt whether I am buying a new item and then receiving a new unused item is already bad.”

“Can’t complain about powertool mate. Reasonable pricing. Quick delivery. However the tracking didn’t work so but of an issue. And the mft itself isn’t cutting at 90degrees even after spending time getting it to be straight against the dogs. So have ordered additional kit to see if I can get the promised results.”
